Return Policy

Online Store Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be delighted with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we are here to help.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online store purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Standard Return Policy

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Osmosis Day Spa, either through the Osmosis online store or at the Osmosis Gift Shop can be returned to Osmosis Day Spa.
  • Please ensure that the item you are returning is in its original unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include skin care products and food items.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

How To Return An Item

1. Please email emmaa@osmosis.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
