Description
This emulsion is ideal for skins that like to use water when cleansing. It dissolves make-up and surface impurities and can be rinsed like soap yet leaves the skin feeling soft and smooth not dry or taut or with an oily residue. Apply to a dry face and neck then emulsify using a circular motion. Rinse abundantly with water and pat dry.
