ABOUT SHA
Sha is all about authenticity, joy, peace, and freedom. In fact, her relationship, career, health, and spiritual crisis led her on a transformative healing and growth journey.
Ultimately, this profound self-love journey led to her transition from working at Google—where she led digital transformations with executives—to guiding individuals and groups on journeys of inner transformation as an ICF-certified Leadership Coach, Facilitator, and Yoga and Meditation Teacher (RYT-500).
With over a decade of experience, Sha has coached and taught individuals and teams at organizations such as Google, UN Women, and the FBI. Currently, she serves at Stanford Hospital as a Holistic Wellness Practitioner and Art Facilitator in the Creative/Healing Art Department.
She grew up in China with a Buddhist and Taoist background and later immigrated to America at 16. Understandably, navigating the world and her sensitivity alone have had a special influence on her approach—intuitive yet practical, rooted in her unconditional love and compassion for all.
