Quiet your mind, and open your heart – A guided journey to cultivate inner peace, joy, and freedom. Treat yourself to a day of nourishment, meditation, creative self-expression (drawing), yoga, and sound bath on our forested sanctuary grounds. In the morning, join Sha on a guided journey of meditation, creative self- expression, yoga/movement, and sound bath in nature that intends to support you:
- slowing down, releasing, and renewing
- connecting to inner stillness and clarity
- cleansing your emotional body
- letting go of self-sabotaging patterns
- remembering and embodying your essence
- connecting to yourself, nature, and like-minded souls in a non-judgmental space
After the morning workshop, a nourishing lunch will be offered in a magical creekside setting beneath the shade of oak and bay trees. Your afternoon includes a cedar enzyme footbath with guided walking and seated meditations, your choice of a massage or facial and time in our renowned Japanese garden.
