Immerse yourself in our serene 5-acre spa retreat in West Sonoma County for a day of transformative self-care. To begin, your journey starts with a morning of relaxation, including a group cedar enzyme footbath, your choice of a 70-minute massage or a 65-minute custom facial, peaceful walking meditation through our bamboo forest, and guided meditation in our renowned Japanese garden. Following this, a nourishing lunch, crafted by a local chef with fresh, wholesome ingredients will be offered in a magical creekside setting beneath the shade of oak and bay trees.
As we embrace the season, the summer solstice is a time of year that can spark a sense of expansiveness, new vitality, and abundance. With this in mind, join us for an intimate workshop where Coach Katie Skjerping will guide you through an intuitive approach to purposeful reflection. Through the use of guided visioning and journal prompts to support you in gaining internal clarity to set meaningful intentions aligned with your values and vision for the long days ahead.
Additionally, yoga instructor Margaux Permutt will lead you through a series of gentle yoga postures, breathing exercises and guided relaxation to aid in aligning mind, body, and heart, preparing you to drop into the deep clarity required for our intention setting practice. Ultimately, this movement will help you integrate your intentions into a fully embodied experience.
