ABOUT JEN BORROW
Jen Borrow guides Forest Therapy walks as a certified practitioner through the Association for Nature and Forest Therapy. She also holds a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Ecopsychology from Naropa University.
“Forest Therapy has deeply impacted my mind, body, and soul. I’ve seen its profound effects on the people I’ve guided. I never assume to know what kind of medicine nature will offer someone during a walk. There’s no set outcome or path for what anyone ‘should’ experience. Every journey unfolds uniquely. For me, Forest Therapy weaves together everything I’ve studied and learned into one beautiful practice. I feel honored to share it with others.”
