Escape to our serene 5-acre spa retreat in West Sonoma County for a day of transformative self-care. Your journey begins with a morning of relaxation, including a group cedar enzyme footbath, your choice of a 70-minute massage or a 65-minute custom facial, peaceful walking meditation through our bamboo forest, and guided meditation in our renowned Japanese garden. Next, a nourishing lunch, crafted by a local chef with fresh, wholesome ingredients will be offered in a magical creekside setting beneath the shade of oak and bay trees.
In the afternoon, join Wendy Figone, expert-level Myofascial Release Therapist, for an immersive journey into the space between—where transformation and deep healing unfold. Through a combination of somatic practices, forest therapy, and nature journaling, you’ll drop fully into your body, reconnecting with yourself in a profound way.
This unique experience integrates Bluetooth technology, using the vibrations of music to release embodied stress and enhance the mind-body connection. Throughout the session, you’ll learn unwinding techniques, develop self-care skills, and discover a new practice to take home—one that will elevate the way you nurture yourself long after the day ends.
So, take a deep breath. Step into the threshold. Slow down. Listen. And finally, emerge renewed.
