Beneath the Trees: A Day of Creative Wellness is a workshop for those who spend their days holding space for others and are ready to be held themselves, by community, by creativity, and by nature. Gathered outdoors beneath a canopy of trees, near a stream, you’ll use creativity as a portal to insight, energy, and renewal. Through expressive arts, creative mindfulness, and intuitive art-making woven into the natural world around you, you’ll release what’s been weighing you down, reignite your spark, and return to a lightness of being. For healers, helpers, seekers, and anyone running on empty. You’ll leave feeling grounded, creatively alive, and quietly restored by the woods.
Your morning begins with a creative workshop held outdoors beneath the trees, exploring arts-based and nature-based practices, creative mindfulness, and art-making that open a pathway to intuitive wisdom, emotional release, and a renewed sense of aliveness.
In the afternoon, you’ll sink into deep renewal:
- Cedar enzyme footbath
- 70-minute massage or 65-minute facial
- Walking meditation through a bamboo forest
- Guided meditation in a Japanese garden
- A nourishing lunch by a local chef, served creekside beneath ancient oaks
