Beneath the Trees: A Day of Creative Wellness With Ali McKleroy

Beneath the Trees: A Day of Creative Wellness is a workshop for those who spend their days holding space for others and are ready to be held themselves, by community, by creativity, and by nature. Gathered outdoors beneath a canopy of trees, near a stream, you’ll use creativity as a portal to insight, energy, and renewal. Through expressive arts, creative mindfulness, and intuitive art-making woven into the natural world around you, you’ll release what’s been weighing you down, reignite your spark, and return to a lightness of being. For healers, helpers, seekers, and anyone running on empty. You’ll leave feeling grounded, creatively alive, and quietly restored by the woods.

Your morning begins with a creative workshop held outdoors beneath the trees, exploring arts-based and nature-based practices, creative mindfulness, and art-making that open a pathway to intuitive wisdom, emotional release, and a renewed sense of aliveness.

In the afternoon, you’ll sink into deep renewal:

  • Cedar enzyme footbath
  • 70-minute massage or 65-minute facial
  • Walking meditation through a bamboo forest
  • Guided meditation in a Japanese garden
  • A nourishing lunch by a local chef, served creekside beneath ancient oaks

The Harvest Kitchen: Fall Herbal Cooking Workshop with Sarah Kate Benjamin

Join Sarah Kate Benjamin of The Kosmic Kitchen for a fall herbal cooking workshop, and a day full of seasonal connection, nourishment, and restoration at the beautiful Osmosis Day Spa.

As the seasons turn inward, we’ll gather around the wisdom of the fall harvest, exploring herbal recipes and foods that nourish the body, ground the spirit, and invite deeper connection with the natural world. Through a hands-on herbal cooking class, we’ll prepare a seasonal meal together while discovering simple and joyful ways to weave plant medicine into everyday kitchen rituals, all while enjoying the peaceful sounds of the creek and the beauty of the surrounding gardens.

Following the cooking experience, you’ll spend the afternoon in deep relaxation, including a group cedar enzyme footbath, your choice of a 70-minute massage or 65-minute custom facial, a peaceful walking meditation through the bamboo forest, and a guided meditation in Osmosis’s renowned Japanese garden.

You’ll leave feeling inspired to connect with the plants of the season, return to your kitchen with renewed intention, and carry the restorative energy of this day with you long after you leave.
