Restoring the Radiant Healer with Ali McKleroy M.A., LMFT
Restoring the Radiant Healer
Immerse yourself in our serene 5-acre spa retreat in West Sonoma County for a day of transformative self-care. Your journey begins with a morning of relaxation, including a group cedar enzyme footbath, your choice of a 70-minute massage or a 65-minute custom facial, peaceful walking meditation through our bamboo forest, and guided meditation in our renowned Japanese garden. Next, a nourishing lunch, crafted by a local chef with fresh, wholesome ingredients will be offered in a magical creekside setting beneath the shade of oak and bay trees.
In the afternoon, awaken your creativity, hold space for others, and return to yourself with intention. Through engaging in gentle expressive arts, mindfulness, and somatic practices, you’ll reconnect with your inner radiance—the part of you that heals, creates, and inspires. Importantly, this isn’t about being “good at art”; rather, it’s about using your creativity as a source of insight, restoration, and renewal. You’ll then explore intuitive art-making, mindful movement, and simple rituals to release stress, reignite your spark, and come home to your body.
As a result, this experience welcomes healers, helpers, seekers, and anyone who longs for gentle self-restoration. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, creatively inspired, and deeply connected to your own inner light.
