Restoring the Radiant Healer with Ali McKleroy M.A., LMFT

Restoring the Radiant Healer

Immerse yourself in our serene 5-acre spa retreat in West Sonoma County for a day of transformative self-care.  Your journey begins with a morning of relaxation, including a group cedar enzyme footbath, your choice of a 70-minute massage or a 65-minute custom facial, peaceful walking meditation through our bamboo forest, and guided meditation in our renowned Japanese garden.  Next, a nourishing lunch, crafted by a local chef with fresh, wholesome ingredients will be offered in a magical creekside setting beneath the shade of oak and bay trees.

In the afternoon, awaken your creativity, hold space for others, and return to yourself with intention. Through engaging in gentle expressive arts, mindfulness, and somatic practices, you’ll reconnect with your inner radiance—the part of you that heals, creates, and inspires. Importantly, this isn’t about being “good at art”; rather, it’s about using your creativity as a source of insight, restoration, and renewal. You’ll then explore intuitive art-making, mindful movement, and simple rituals to release stress, reignite your spark, and come home to your body.

As a result, this experience welcomes healers, helpers, seekers, and anyone who longs for gentle self-restoration. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, creatively inspired, and deeply connected to your own inner light.

Heart-Opening Journey: A Day of Cacao, Yoga, and Sound Healing with Laura Moir

Heart-Opening Journey: A Day of Cacao, Yoga, and Sound Healing

Immerse yourself in our serene 5-acre spa retreat in West Sonoma County for a day of transformative self-care.  Your journey begins with a morning of relaxation, including a group cedar enzyme footbath, your choice of a 70-minute massage or a 65-minute custom facial, peaceful walking meditation through our bamboo forest, and guided meditation in our renowned Japanese garden.  Next, a nourishing lunch, crafted by a local chef with fresh, wholesome ingredients will be offered in a magical creekside setting beneath the shade of oak and bay trees.

In the afternoon, awaken your heart and nourish your soul in this immersive self-care experience designed to support emotional release, inner connection, and deep restoration. To begin, we’ll start with a ceremonial cacao ritual, using this sacred plant medicine to anchor into the present moment and set heartfelt intentions. For centuries, spiritual traditions have used cacao to open the heart, encourage clarity, and foster a gentle sense of euphoria and connection with self and others.

Afterward, following the ceremony, your guide will lead you through a gentle, heart-opening yoga flow to cultivate spaciousness in the body and soften tension in the chest, shoulders, and upper back—areas where we often store emotional energy. This intuitive movement practice welcomes all levels and meets you exactly where you are. Then, as we move into stillness, we’ll transition into an extended savasana and offer a restorative sound bath. The soothing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes will help regulate your nervous system, align your energy, and support deep relaxation.

Overall, this offering gives you a beautiful opportunity to tend to your inner world with care and compassion. Whether you’re moving through a life transition, seeking emotional release, or simply craving rest and reconnection, this heart-centered journey invites you to slow down, soften, and return to yourself. You’ll leave feeling grounded, uplifted, and supported—ready to meet the world with an open heart and renewed spirit.
