A Benefit for The Center for Climate Protection
Join us for an evening of live poetry and music performed in the ecstatic tradition, celebrating the art of Rumi, Hafiz, and other mystic poets in our enchanting Japanese Meditation Garden.
Rumi’s Caravan is an all-volunteer ensemble, and 100 percent of net proceeds will be donated to The Center for Climate Protection. For over fifteen years Rumi’s Caravan has been part of a growing international renaissance of interest in poetry learned and shared by heart. In this small way they hope to contribute to the restoration of the wholeness of the world.
Caravan poets include Kay Crista, Larry Robinson and Doug von Koss accompanied by harpist Christine Tulis. Together they will celebrate the world’s cultural and spiritual traditions with the sublime power of performance poetry.
